⦁ Prepreg Manufacturing Process
– Mixing: Production of composite material by mixing polymer resin with CNT and alumina.
– Impregnation: Nano-scale (nm) dispersion treatment of materials with different densities within the composite material.
– Treating: Production of B-stage through slot die, comma coater, and roll-to-roll coating processes.
– Build Up: Production of heat dissipation plate through Hot-Press process after laying up B-stage to the required thickness and laminating with various metal substrates.
– Pressing : The produced plate is used as a PCB product according to the needs of the customer.
– Inspection : Final product goes througth inspection and quality tests.
