⦁ CNT Dispersion Processing Technology
We have developed a new polymer material with vertical thermal conductivity of an insulator by high-shear mixing of 60nm-sized cut CNT (Carbon Nano Tube) filler during the process of dispersing alumina (Al2O3) in a polymer matrix.
As the thermal conductivity in the thickness direction of TIM (Thermal Interface Material) increases, the efficiency of direct heat dissipation to the outside of the substrate improves. Therefore, instead of a parallel anisotropic filler structure in the planar direction, a 3D network structure is formed to enhance the vertical thermal conductivity.
